CAL – Israeli Credit Card Company launched an end-to-end online credit card ordering service and needed a fuller understanding of customer behavior, delays, drop-off points, and churn. Its existing tools, including Google Analytics, logs, BI, and media tools, did not provide the complete picture, so it turned to Glassbox Digital for digital behavior and customer experience analytics.
Using Glassbox Digital’s session replay, analytics, funnels, and click maps, CAL identified pain points in the ordering journey and simplified the process by removing unnecessary fields, tailoring fields by customer segment, improving error messages, and streamlining page design. The work helped CAL fix a validation issue causing users to be ejected at the end of the process and, within three weeks, increased conversion from 19% to 60%.
