McCarthy Insurance Group (MIG), one of Ireland’s largest impartial insurance brokers, was growing rapidly and struggling with a mostly manual renewals and payment process. The solution automated payment processing, reduced manual effort by 90-95%, and virtually eliminated errors in the pilot branch. MIG later expanded the automation across the wider organization, with more than 20 processes automated, major savings in man hours and IT spend, and 24/7 close-of-business processing running automatically.
