Paddy Power, part of Flutter Entertainment plc, was processing all purchase invoices centrally through Accounts Payable in Dublin, but the process was heavily paper-based and manual. This created inefficiencies, rising costs as the business grew, and problems with lost invoices, slow approvals, and poor visibility for both finance staff and suppliers.

Glantus implemented an accounts payable automation solution that captured invoice information automatically and routed imaged invoices for approval and coding. As a result, Paddy Power improved controls, reduced payment cycles, eliminated misplaced invoices, and gained better reporting and financial planning visibility.
