MicroWarehouse, Ireland’s largest independently owned IT distributor, was processing more than 15,000 vendor invoices a year and struggling with manual handling delays, especially at month end. The finance team wanted a better way to manage emailed and paper invoices without tying up skilled staff in repetitive processing, and Glantus provided an accounts payable automation solution to help.

Glantus implemented an AP automation system that captures invoice data from email attachments such as PDFs, validates and matches invoices against PO information at header and line level, and posts approved invoices into MicroWarehouse’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. The result was faster, more accurate processing with fewer bottlenecks, daily invoice handling, scalable processing of unlimited incoming invoices, and a faster ROI through rapid installation.
