Choice Housing, one of the largest housing associations in Ireland, was struggling to manage accounts payable with an older P2P system, Excel, and manual processes. The workload became even harder during Covid-19, when staff were working remotely and hundreds of invoices a week had to be processed manually. To address this, Choice Housing selected Glantus and its P2P solution, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, and a connector for Open Accounts ERP.

Glantus implemented the solution quickly, helping Choice Housing automate invoice capture, validation, coding, authorisation, approval, and posting to ERP. The system also enabled line-item PO matching, faster query resolution, improved accuracy, and better costing data earlier in the month, while supporting remote finance operations and on-time supplier payments.
