a leading retailer of home accessories, furniture, gifts, and decorative items required a new store solution to facilitate process integration, harmonize its IT systems, and support a rapid roll-out for over 140 branches. The challenge included integrating a connection for the Payback loyalty program and a central gift-voucher server. They selected GK Software as their technology partner to implement the GK/Retail standard software.

GK Software implemented its GK/Retail solution, which included POS software, the back-office application GK/Retail Enterprise Storemanager, and the monitoring tool GK/Retail Enterprise Cockpit. The results included significantly simplified business processes, rapid integration of the Payback system, and centralized, automated management of all stores.
