The Captain’s Boil, a Cajun Louisiana-style restaurant chain, needed a management system that could keep up with high demand and faster growth. Its legacy POS system could not combine and process data from all locations well enough, making it harder to produce timely reports, add franchises, and support better decisions for both franchisees and headquarters.
