OnlineGolf needed to move from an in-house loyalty program to a new platform that could integrate with its web platform without disrupting existing members. It also wanted to keep development fees low, support a multi-currency loyalty program, and add an e-gift card offering across UK, Euro, DKK, and SEK currencies.
Givex worked with third-party partners to migrate the loyalty data in stages during low-traffic periods, import customer records and point balances, and expand the program across the EU, France, Denmark, and Sweden. Givex also provided OnlineGolf’s e-gift card program and template tools, and imported over 100,000 customer loyalty data files with no program disruption.
