Lakeland upgraded to a new EPOS system and needed a multichannel gift card provider that could work with its existing infrastructure, integrate fully with the new system, and support future growth. The company also wanted stronger reporting and more administrative options than its previous EPOS offered.

Givex provided a gift card solution that expanded Lakeland’s existing offering and added four new card designs for Christmas, Birthdays, Weddings, and a Breakfast card. With Givex’s close integration to Lakeland’s EPOS provider and reporting tools for tracking transactional history and performance, Lakeland was able to introduce gift cards across its retail stores and then roll them out across all other UK channels shortly afterward.
