FutureTix worked with Givex Corporation to address a ticketing market where venues and organizations needed better ways to meet patron expectations while improving efficiency, reporting, and revenue. The company focused on stored value as a way to support in-event promotions, cashless concessions, and a better fan experience, but it needed tighter integration with the ticketing platform to make the product useful.
Givex Corporation and FutureTix built integrated processes so the Uptix Stored Value Ticketing product could be used across ticketing platforms and connected to concessions and merchandise redemption. The integration accounted for rain-outs, cancelled events, delays, refunds, and exchanges, and it was later deployed with platforms including Paciolan, Ticketmaster, and Tickets.com. The result gave venues a way to increase ticket sales, generate additional revenue, improve retention, and collect, analyze, and monetize more data.
