American Golf, Europe’s largest golf retailer, was running separate in-house gift card and e-gift card programs for retail and web. That created a poor customer and staff experience because online e-gift cards could not be used in store, and staff had to explain the disconnect.

Givex Corporation migrated the separate programs into one seamless, closed-loop gift card program with multi-national currency conversion, Givex CWS e-gift card service, and email broadcasting for e-gift card orders. Givex also imported existing balances and helped add gift card sales to the ecommerce platform, giving American Golf a fully integrated program that lets customers use gift cards and e-gift cards across all business channels.
