codeBOX worked with Documenting Hope, a nonprofit that needed a simpler way to manage online donations. Their existing setup using PayPal and Infusionsoft was too cumbersome and did not fit their needs, especially for handling donation forms on the front end while still capturing donor data in Infusionsoft. The project used GiveWP’s Give plugin, along with Double the Donation and Infusionsoft integrations.

codeBOX implemented the Give plugin on Documenting Hope’s WordPress site, making it easier to accept and manage donations while keeping their existing tools connected. The result was an improved front- and back-end user experience, delivered on time and on budget, and helped Documenting Hope better support its mission to raise awareness around childhood chronic illnesses.
