Narrow Gate Foundation partnered with GiveSmart to solve a fundraising and donor-engagement challenge. The organization focused on building the spiritual foundation of young men, but lacked the time and resources to create an effective text message campaign for its Big Payback 2017 Day of Giving event.
GiveSmart created the text messaging strategy, wrote the campaign messages, and scheduled the sends for Narrow Gate Foundation. The campaign ran from April 19 to May 9 and helped the foundation reach 8x as many people as the prior year, increase average gift size from $65 to $270, and generate 10x more total donations.
