Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio faced the twin challenges of stewarding donors more effectively and growing event revenue despite venue caps and manual, paper-based processes. The result: more engaged bidders (including offsite supporters), unified revenue reporting, empowered staff and volunteers, and tangible gains such as achieving 117% of the golf outing’s revenue goal after introducing online raffles and event-based competitions.
