Enhancing Educational Opportunities with the Angleton ISD Education Foundation

Angleton ISD Education Foundation worked with GiveSmart to improve fundraising and donor management as its donor base and event needs grew. The foundation was relying on spreadsheets and multiple systems to track donor activity, which created manual work, inaccurate reporting, and made it hard to manage lifetime donor history as it expanded online giving and planned to add more events.

GiveSmart provided its fundraising platform and Donor CRM to support ticketed events, raffles, auctions, merchandise sales, and donor tracking. The implementation helped the foundation merge messy records, streamline reporting, and give board members and volunteers secure self-service access to data. With GiveSmart, the organization has already raised more than $1 million since 2018 and is better positioned to sustain growth and eliminate funding gaps for students.
