Tommy's first Facebook Challenge with GivePanel x Bluestep Solutions

Tommy’s, the UK’s leading pregnancy charity, wanted to expand beyond its existing Facebook fundraising and reach new supporters after its events calendar was disrupted by Covid-19. The charity partnered with GivePanel, along with Bluestep Solutions and Alderson Fundraising, to launch its first Facebook Challenge using Facebook Challenges as the core fundraising product.

GivePanel helped Tommy’s deliver an inclusive “8,000 Steps a Day in March” campaign with strong creative, group management, and supporter incentives, including branded welcome packs and rewards for fundraising milestones. The challenge generated 1,894 group members, 681 active fundraisers, an average raised of £143, and a total of £108,616.79, delivering an ROI of 2.8:1 and a ROAS of 7.53.
