Heart Foundation, an Australian nonprofit focused on heart disease prevention, research, and support, wanted to bridge the gap between its website-hosted peer-to-peer events and supporter-led Facebook fundraisers. GivePanel helped Heart Foundation launch its first Facebook Challenge, “3000 Squats in April,” with a structured setup spanning ads, a Facebook group, custom fundraisers, and supporter stewardship. The campaign generated 1,910 registrations, 630 active Facebook fundraisers, and AU$119,879.13 raised, with an average of AU$190.28 per fundraiser and a cost per active fundraiser of AU$12.70.
