Teachers’ Treasures, a nonprofit providing school supplies to teachers and students in high-need Indianapolis schools, faced a significant fundraising challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic prevented their traditional in-person back-to-school supply drives. They needed a virtual solution to engage their corporate partners and donors remotely. They turned to Givebutter to create a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign and livestream event.

Using Givebutter, they built a virtual "store" where donors could purchase specific supplies, fostered a competitive team fundraiser among corporate partners, and hosted an all-day livestream. The solution was highly successful, raising over $37,000 from 316 supporters and 25 teams.
