MoneyFarm, a UK- and Italy-based online wealth management platform, wanted to help its small engineering team work more efficiently while supporting continuous delivery. Its existing CD setup was cumbersome, temperamental, and costly to maintain, so developers spent too much time babysitting tools instead of shipping value.

GitLab Premium provided the answer by moving MoneyFarm from Concourse CD to GitLab in the cloud, simplifying deployment workflows and enabling self-service. With GitLab, MoneyFarm cut CI/CD pipeline time from 35–45 minutes to 13.5 minutes, doubled deployments from 18 to 35 per week, and improved collaboration, developer happiness, and overall code production.
