Chorus.ai, a conversation intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes sales conversations, needed to design an efficient, integrated build process as it scaled. GitLab delivered an integrated solution—CI/CD, Auto DevOps, SAST/DAST, a security dashboard and API access for audits—that enabled faster, safer releases and better cross-team collaboration. As a result of using GitLab, seven major teams now work in one system, Chorus.ai runs ~100 builds per day, some product lines cut production cycles from six weeks to one week with one‑click deploys, experienced fewer production failures, and completed SOC 2 audits and pen tests more easily.
