Capillary Technologies, a Singapore-based provider of AI-driven omnichannel retail engagement, commerce, analytics, and loyalty solutions, needed a faster, more manageable software development process. Its team had been relying on Subversion, and as microservices and repositories multiplied, code reviews, branching, releases, and collaboration became slow and cumbersome. GitHub helped Capillary modernize its developer workflows and support its growing engineering organization.

Capillary Technologies adopted GitHub as the core of its CI/CD architecture, using it across the software lifecycle for collaboration, security scanning, integrations, and GitOps automation. With GitHub, Capillary now supports 500–600 deployments per day across five regions, cutting deployment time from four to five hours to less than one hour. GitHub also improved onboarding, strengthened security, and made internal “innersource” collaboration easier across teams.
