GitHub implemented automation through SAML-based access controls, GitHub Actions, and the GraphQL API, helping Wealthsimple consolidate tools and speed up pipelines. The results were significant: build times dropped from 11–12 minutes to 4 minutes, and open security CVEs went from around 60 to zero within six months.
