Travelport transforms complexity to consistency with GitHub Enterprise

Travelport, a global travel retail platform serving airlines and agencies, had accumulated a sprawling and hard-to-manage development environment with more than 1,600 pieces of software, 6,000+ repositories, and inconsistent access and CI/CD practices. To modernize its DevOps stack, Travelport chose GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Enterprise Managed Users, along with GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions, to simplify operations and improve developer productivity.

GitHub helped Travelport migrate to a more secure Enterprise Cloud setup using GitHub Enterprise Importer, reducing what could have been a 10-week manual migration to just a few days. GitHub also enabled policy consistency, faster pipeline changes, and better reuse across teams; one pipeline now supports 80+ teams across 1,000+ repositories, and major pipeline updates that once took three months can now be made in hours.
