With GitHub, Dell streamlined workflows, improved code reuse, and supported open source and innersource development across the company. GitHub also helped Dell integrate activity data into Kafka for reporting and troubleshooting, and the company says the platform enables speed and scale so teams can finish larger projects faster. Dell is also evaluating GitHub Actions, with even small time savings potentially adding up significantly across 10,000 developers.
