BCG GAMMA, Boston Consulting Group’s data science consulting unit, needed to move beyond siloed development and PowerPoint-based delivery to support faster, more scalable digital transformation. Using GitHub Enterprise, BCG GAMMA wanted to unify developers, improve open collaboration, and make it easier for teams around the world to build and share code securely.

GitHub helped BCG GAMMA centralize development, enable remote code delivery, and encourage code reuse and community-driven collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. The impact was immediate: about 400 people started writing code right after launch, DevOps transparency improved, code reviews became faster, and the team was able to deliver client work more efficiently while even powering Source AI, which can turn data into a web application in as little as five minutes.
