Aevi, the in-person payments specialist, needed to unite its scattered developer platforms and standardize workflows across locations. With GitHub Enterprise, the company began migrating about 600 repositories from multiple tools to a single, secure, cloud-based platform to improve collaboration, CI/CD automation, and security.

GitHub implemented GitHub Actions, GitHub Packages, Enterprise Managed Users, OIDC, Dependabot, and Expert Services to streamline Aevi’s development and security operations. The results included consolidating four tools into one, cutting annual development tooling costs by around 40%, reducing build times from about an hour to minutes, and improving traceability, compliance, and developer happiness.
