The customer, Sam HPRP Chemicals Inc, was using a third-party warehouse solution called RF Smart. They faced a challenge in scaling their operations and required a more integrated system to improve supply chain execution and inventory tracking. The vendor, GIR Software Services, was engaged to implement a new solution.

GIR Software Services successfully replaced the existing system with the native Oracle NetSuite Warehouse Management System.
