Mazda Mexico, a Japanese automotive brand with 60 dealers across the country, wanted to increase online leads to its dealership network and improve conversion in a competitive market. To support this goal, Mazda Mexico partnered with giosg and used its conversational engagement tools to better connect website visitors with the right dealership or product expert.

giosg implemented a guided conversational journey that let visitors choose a model, request a test drive, and send leads directly to dealers through CRM integration, while also offering real-time support from Mazda product experts when needed. The results were strong: more than 2,500 qualified leads were sent to dealerships in one month, conversion from Whisbi/giosg leads to pre-qualified sales leads increased by 30%, 93% of leads were generated unassisted, and just 800 impressions were needed to generate one qualified lead.
