How Hyundai drives sales by engaging web visitors early in the buyer journey

Hyundai Mexico needed to move beyond static forms and replicate dealership expertise online to meet a mobile-first, conversation-driven customer base. To engage visitors early in the buying journey and convert interest into qualified leads, Hyundai partnered with giosg and implemented the One-to-Many live broadcasting solution on its website.

Giosg’s One-to-Many was embedded via a simple JavaScript, enabling two presenters to stream live from a dealership showroom (mobile-optimized, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. weekdays) and route viewers to a lead-capture chatbot and test-drive booking form. The giosg deployment attracted over 1 million viewers in nine months, with 14% watching more than three minutes, about 630 pre-qualified leads (~70/month) and over 600 test-drive requests, plus high engagement (8 questions/30 min), 50% “likes” and a 9.3/10 presenter satisfaction score.
