University Health Sciences Center was struggling with an outdated legacy records platform that lacked flexibility, configurable fields and metadata, and intuitive workflows—hindering productivity and precise tracking of on-site records down to aisle, shelf, and box. The implementation enabled classification across 89 departments and automated 199 time-based retention schedules, delivered secure, timely access to PHI, improved records retrieval, and provided a permanent audit trail to ensure regulatory compliance.
