City of Allen, TX, faced a fragmented records environment when Records Management Specialist Reggie Searles inherited an unstable RCAMS setup made of three different software systems that frequently crashed, disrupting departments from Parks and Recreation to Community Services. Seeking a replacement, the City evaluated and selected Gimmal and its product Gimmal Physical™ after a demo and budget review.
