Casper partnered with Gimbal to drive awareness and foot traffic to a new pop-up store. Their challenge was reaching the right audience in a dense retail area and accurately measuring visits when nearby stores could skew attribution. Gimbal’s location-based advertising and measurement tools were used to address this.

Gimbal served rich media mobile ads to a geo-defined audience, deployed a beacon at the pop-up location, and used geofencing plus proprietary location technology to connect ad exposure to in-store visits. The campaign delivered a 15.7% lift in store traffic, a $7.53 cost-per-visit, and an average dwell time of 47 minutes, with an average cost per incremental visit of $47.81.
