NewsLifeMedia, an Australian media and publishing company with more than 15 million users across over ten digital properties, needed a better way to drive engagement, loyalty, and personalized experiences. Gigya implemented Registration-as-a-Service, social login, progressive profiling, and social engagement tools to capture richer user data and build unified customer profiles across NewsLifeMedia’s properties. The rollout went live on three domains in less than three months, saving up to 12 months of development time, improving customer data capture by 8x, increasing user acquisition across domains by 8x, and supporting a forecasted 20-25% increase in advertising yields.
