Learn Liberty Acquires and Converts Users with Gigya IDX.

Learn Liberty, a project of the Institute of Humane Studies at George Mason University, needed a faster way to capture and qualify leads as its audience grew. Without enough resources to consistently move leads into Marketo and run personalized nurture campaigns, the team struggled to improve on-site conversions and grow its email lists efficiently. Gigya’s Social Login and profile management tools were used to address this challenge.

Gigya implemented Social Login with a built-in Marketo integration through its IDX program, automatically syncing new subscriber data and triggering onboarding and behavior-based email campaigns. The result was a 75%+ reduction in lead generation resources, a 152% increase in site referral traffic from Marketo campaigns, and a 95% increase in average weekly subscribers.
