New Belgium Brewing, one of the largest craft brewers in the United States, wanted to drive awareness for its beers, increase new registrations and app downloads, and create a more unified customer experience across mobile, social, and digital channels. To meet those goals, New Belgium Brewing partnered with Gigya and used its customer identity and engagement platform to better connect with consumers.
Gigya implemented a gamified, omni-channel experience for the launch of Accumulation White IPA, combining Social Login, sharing, reactions, and point-based rewards across web and mobile. The campaign produced an over 8x increase in new user registrations in one day, more than 5x growth in average daily logins, and a 10x increase in shares, with hundreds of social shares per day.
