Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace firm, needed better cloud visibility as it expanded its use of AWS to support computing, analytics, and collaboration. Lockheed Martin deployed Gigamon’s GigaVUE Cloud Suite for AWS, using the Deep Observability Pipeline and virtualized visibility nodes to mirror and filter traffic for multiple monitoring and security tools. The deployment provided consistent visibility across physical and cloud environments, sped root-cause analysis, reduced operational costs, and created a cost-effective foundation to support further cloud growth.
