Searcys, the historic UK group of restaurants, bars and event spaces, needed a streamlined gifting solution to support sales across multiple venues and improve the online customer journey and reporting. They partnered with Giftpro to replace their previous system with a bespoke, multi‑property gift voucher store tailored to Searcys’ brand and locations.

Giftpro implemented a branded, multi‑property voucher store and worked closely with Searcys’ marketing team on design, photography and reporting. Since go‑live (working together from November 2018), Giftpro’s solution delivered a 12.7% shopping basket conversion rate in the first six months and an average order value increase of 35%, along with improved ease of use and comprehensive reporting.
