New Forest Hotels, a collection of five properties offering direct access to the national park and award‑winning hospitality, needed a simpler way to sell and manage gift vouchers. They partnered with Giftpro to launch a dedicated online gift voucher store and streamline sales and redemption processes.

Giftpro implemented a user‑friendly voucher platform (including a customizable online store with a video header and a wide range of gift experiences) that simplified administration and improved the customer buying experience. As a result, New Forest Hotels — working with Giftpro since 2016 — have already seen a big increase in sales and easier voucher redemption.
