A Giftpro Case Study
Koh Thai Tapas, a rapidly expanding Thai restaurant group with 13 sites across the UK south coast, needed to grow off-site revenue and capture seasonal demand—particularly in the run-up to the festive period. To do this they partnered with Giftpro, using Giftpro’s online gift card/store solution to offer vouchers and a branded e‑commerce presence (including the store’s dark styling options).
Giftpro implemented a customized Koh Thai store, provided ongoing sales reporting and strong customer support, and enabled the team to sell vouchers outside the restaurants. Since working with Giftpro from 2016 Koh Thai Tapas has seen a measurable boost in off-site sales, created a new revenue stream and realised particularly strong performance during the festive season.
