FJB Hotels is a group of four luxury coastal properties on Sandbanks offering unique views, dining and gift experiences. Facing an underperforming voucher system and the operational burden of printing and posting orders, FJB Hotels switched in 2015 to Giftpro’s voucher fulfilment and e‑commerce service to improve sales and streamline operations.

Giftpro implemented live online stores, managed printing and the sending of online orders, and helped present a curated range of gift experiences with enhanced visuals. As a result, Giftpro freed FJB’s team to focus on day‑to‑day duties and delivered a “huge increase in sales” compared to the previous system, driving continual growth and a stronger voucher offering.
