Artist Residence, a boutique hotel group inspired by the Brighton art scene and grown to multiple sites, needed a branded gifting solution that could scale with the business, delight guests and simplify operations. They engaged Giftpro for a group-wide gift voucher store and a bespoke card product to issue and top-up credit for contributing artists, keeping the hotels’ distinctive aesthetic intact.
