GHX implemented its Intelligent Business Rules solution, which was configured to automatically identify, extract, and correctly place critical consignment-implant data from imperfect electronic orders. This allowed Medtronic Canada to automate previously manual processes. The results were dramatic, with solution-enabled customers achieving a 99-100% order type accuracy rate and seeing greater than 90% reductions in overall order errors, significantly increasing touchless automation and operational efficiency.
