Ryman Stationery, the UK stationery chain with more than 200 stores, needed an easy-to-manage way to handle communications and strengthen internet security as the business grew. GFI Software’s Kerio products, including Kerio Connect and Kerio Control, were chosen to support email, calendars, contacts, mobile access, and network protection.

GFI Software implemented Kerio Connect and Kerio Control, later upgrading to Kerio Control Box hardware appliances across head office locations for Ryman and Boux Avenue. The result was a secure, flexible, low-maintenance system that was quick for IT staff to learn and simple to administer, with the IT manager rating day-to-day management as nine or even ten out of ten.
