Bridges Integrity Services LLP (BIS), an IT service provider in Singapore, helps small and mid-sized clients meet strict compliance and email auditing requirements. Its customers needed a way to track incoming and outgoing email for legal and compliance purposes, but the manual process of copying messages became unmanageable as email volumes grew.

BIS implemented GFI Software’s GFI Archiver to securely store, retrieve, and audit email, with support for reporting and mailbox recovery. The solution made archiving easier to implement and upgrade, reduced manual effort and manpower costs, sped up backup and restore when emails were deleted, and gave users and management confidence that messages could be tracked and recovered; BIS also reported little downtime during setup and upgrade, with only some database fine-tuning needed under heavy email load.
