Pico Art was hired by Autodesk to run Solution Day events across Southeast Asia, including Manila, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur, and needed a flexible, reliable registration and onsite check-in process for more than 1,000 attendees per city. The challenge was capturing varied attendee data, handling last-minute seating changes, and reducing long queues while managing VIP seating and guest verification.
GEVME provided its cloud-based event management platform, including custom registration templates, database management, and the GEVME Access mobile app for fast onsite check-in. GEVME enabled QR-coded invitation cards, real-time seat updates, and synchronized tablet-based guest searches, helping eliminate physical cables and speed up entry; the client reported a fast, seamless check-in and a major improvement over the previous year.
