GEVME partnered with the Singapore Space and Technology Association to run registration and onsite operations for the Global Space and Technology Convention (GSTC) held 14–15 Feb 2019 at the St. Regis Singapore. The event drew attendees from about 30 countries and included multiple registration categories (delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors); an unexpected attendance spike (far above the anticipated ~400) created a scalability and queue-management challenge.

GEVME delivered a complete online and on-site solution—integrated online registration, assisted and self check-in, automated kiosks, badge printing, full hardware setup and expert onsite support—enabling flawless, zero-manual-intervention check-ins. The result was a seamless attendee experience praised by the client and strong outcomes: 680+ delegates, 200 companies, 60 speakers, and representation from 30 nations.
