GEVME partnered with the Supreme Court of Singapore to support the Opening of the Legal Year 2014, where the Office of Public Affairs needed to streamline processes for over 500 distinguished guests and manage RSVPs for more than 2,000 invitations. Key challenges included printing color‑coded invitation cards with unique QR codes, handling last‑minute seating changes, and improving the overall guest check‑in experience while reducing staff time.
GEVME built a custom invitation template and mass‑export workflow for QR codes and guest details, used a database module to update seat allocations up to event day, and deployed wireless tablet kiosks for onsite registration. The result: nearly 90% of guests checked in via kiosks (peaks of ~60 guests per 5 minutes), wait times under one minute, substantial time and manpower savings, and positive feedback from the client.
