Stampede Pictures, a boutique event agency in Singapore, partnered with GEVME to produce NTUC First Campus’ NFC Leadership Townhall 2021, a virtual leadership event for 350+ participants. The challenge was to run a single live-streamed main stage plus 30 simultaneous breakout groups of 10–15 people each, while integrating multiple third-party apps (Padlet, Virtual Booth by Cosmo, Aha, Paperform) and keeping transitions seamless and secure.

GEVME delivered a turnkey solution using GEVME Virtual as the main stage and GEVME Meet for the 30 concurrent group sessions, supported by branded 2D designs and integrated buttons/QRs for third‑party tools.
