The client expected 500 attendees and had contingency logistics for 700, but registrations unexpectedly surged to about 1,000 on the event day, creating a major capacity and check-in challenge.

Using its scalable online and onsite platform, GEVME delivered real-time attendee visibility, email marketing integration, pre-printed badges, robust hardware and rigorous venue testing, plus an onsite technical team to manage walk-ins and check-ins.
