APMF Bali 2018 is a leading Southeast Asian media and communications forum that hosted over 1,200 attendees across three days. The organisers needed a registration system that integrated with their infrastructure and partners (like MailTarget), handled multiple ticket types and access levels, ensured smooth online-to-onsite check-in, and produced correctly coded name badges while protecting attendee data.

GEVME provided an open-API registration platform, automated payments and ticketing, QR and assisted onsite check-in, a configurable event app with backend access, and colour-coded on-demand badge printing. Integration was completed quickly, 1,200 registrations were processed seamlessly, organisers saved time, and attendees enjoyed a smooth, well-managed event experience.
